Our store locator uses Amazon’s CloudFront CDN and S3 platforms to achieve best-in-class service availability, scalability and resiliency.

We’ve integrated three mapping services with our software: Google Maps, Mapbox and Open Street Map. You’re free to choose whichever provider you prefer.

Each plan has a given limit on the number of store locations you can add. Our largest (Enterprise) plan supports up to 100,000 locations.

For 95% of customers, mapping service usage is completely free under the free quota for all three providers. Heavier users can use our Open Street Map integration, free up to 100,000 locator loads a month.

You’ll only need an API key if you choose Google Maps or Mapbox. If you choose Open Street Map, we’ll provide an API key for you to use.

Absolutely not — you’ll only need to enter payment details if you want to continue past the end of your trial.

You can cancel at any time without notice, even mid-month, in which case we’ll refund your monthly payment pro-rata.

Of course — you can switch between plans without notice. The difference in plan cost is calculated pro-rata based on the date you switch.

Yes, we support annual payments with a 10% discount versus paying monthly.

The style of some locator elements, such as font size and type, is inherited from your site’s CSS so it matches the rest of your website. We can also apply custom styles if you’d prefer — just reach out.

Absolutely — there are no restrictions on where your store locator is displayed, within one website or across multiple sites.

Absolutely. You can set category filters for each location, and choose whether they’re invisible, checkboxes, or a dropdown list.

Yes — the locator can be preconfigured to show a particular set of product filters, location or language.
