Do you offer local pricing
All subscription plans are billed in $USD and we don't currently offer any other payment currencies; however we do accept annual subscription payments (see 'Can I pay via another method' below).
Can I switch between plans
Yes, you can switch between plans without notice. The difference in plan costs for your current month will be calculated automatically on a pro-rated basis. You can also switch between monthly and annual plans whenever you need.
Is there a discount for annual payments
Yes, paying in advance annually attracts a discount of 10%. You can choose to switch from a monthly to an annual plan at any time.
When are payments taken out
Monthly and annual payments start and recur on the day of the period that you started a subscription. For example, if you start your subscription on the 4th July, your billing period will run from the 4th July to the 3rd August (inclusive).
Is the free trial limited in any way?
The free trial is fully featured in every way so it can be added to your Live website whenever you are ready.
Do I need a credit card to sign up for a free account?
Absolutely not - you'll only need to enter payment details if you want to subscribe to a paid plam.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time without notice - even mid-month in which case we'll refund your monthly payment on. a pro-rated basis.
Can I pay via another method?
We support annual or bi-annual subscription payments (only) via invoice to our bank accounts located in the US, Germany, UK and Australia. We also support monthly subscription payments (only) via Paypal.
