Your Account
To register for the Locator Service, you must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for protecting your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you, and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
Fees and Billing
Your plan may begin with a free trial period and will otherwise renew automatically until you cancel it or we terminate it under this Agreement. You must cancel before renewal to avoid the next billing cycle’s fees. All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted, and you authorize us to charge your card for amounts due under your plan until it is cancelled or terminated.
Your Content
By posting or uploading any material to the Service — including location data, images, or text — you grant StoreLocatorWidgets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, and display that material as needed to operate the Service, and you represent that you own the rights to it and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer or attempt to compromise the Service, access another customer’s data without authorization, interfere with the Service’s operation, or use the Service in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
Security
We implement reasonable security measures, including access controls, firewalls, and encryption, to protect your information and data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
